Two 30-minute calls · $449 · you leave with a plan

Ready to make business simple?

We connect the tools you already use so the repetitive steps stop needing a person. Start with a paid audit. You leave with a plan whether or not you hire us to build it.

No two businesses get stuck in the same place

The way your business runs today made sense when it started. Then you bought a tool, hired someone, took on a bigger customer, and the work grew around each of those. We look at what it does now, rather than what it was set up to do.

REPETITION

Work that happens more than once

The same details get entered in three places, because the three systems were bought in different years. Nobody chose that. It accumulated.

WAITING

Work that waits on one person

One person approves it, holds the login, or remembers how the pricing actually works. When they are out, everything behind them stops.

LEFTOVERS

Steps nobody can account for

A form still gets filled in because it always has been. A report goes out that nobody opens. Whatever started it may be long gone.

HALF-USED

Software doing half a job

You are paying for something that could handle most of this, set up in a hurry, with a spreadsheet quietly covering the gap.

What to do about each one is different, and that is the whole point. Sometimes the answer is automation. More often it is simpler than that: removing a step, moving an approval, or setting up something you already pay for so it does the job properly. What you get back is a plan built around how your business actually runs, in the order worth doing it.

How it works

Nobody on your team writes a script, a formula or a prompt at any point. That is our job.

STEP 1

Consultation call, 30 minutes

You describe the part of the week you dread. We ask how the work actually moves. Nothing to prepare.

STEP 2

Diagnosis call, 30 minutes

We come back with what is costing you time and what to fix first, in writing. You decide what, if anything, to build.

STEP 3

We build it

We build against your real data and run it beside the manual process until it matches. You keep working as normal.

STEP 4

Handover

One short session per person, in plain language, plus a written note of who to call when something looks wrong.

Where everyone starts

The paid audit

$449, fixed. Two calls, thirty minutes each. That is the whole thing.

There is no package to sell you. What is actually worth fixing is different in every business, and this is how we find out what it is in yours. Sometimes it is the quoting. Sometimes it is the enquiries nobody replies to. Sometimes it is the marketing that has not been touched in a year.

CALL 1

Consultation, 30 minutes

You walk us through the business. What comes in, who touches it, where it gets stuck, and which parts never get done at all. No preparation needed.

CALL 2

Diagnosis and prescription, 30 minutes

We come back and tell you what is costing you time, what to fix first, and what to leave alone. In writing, so you can act on it without us.

The plan is yours. Take it in-house or to another firm. That is a fine outcome.

What you get back

A written map of how work moves through your business, in your language, not ours

A ranked list of what to fix, with the hours each one is costing you now

Where enquiries are going cold, and what that is costing you

What it would cost to fix each, and which ones are not worth fixing

Tools you are paying for that you can cancel

Book the audit (opens the booking page in a new tab)What we end up building depends on what the audit finds. Below is what it usually turns out to be.

What we build / 01

Workflow automation

We wire your email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM and invoicing together so a step that used to need a person happens on its own. Same tools. Fewer hands on them. Sold on hours returned per week, and we measure it.

One real task: a new quote request arrives by email.

Before7 manual steps · every request
01Read the email, decide who owns it
02Copy the details into the CRM
03Duplicate last month's quote tab
04Retype the line items, fix the broken formula
05Export a PDF, write the covering email
06Set a follow-up reminder
07Update the pipeline sheet on Friday
After2 steps · same person
01The draft quote is waiting, filled in, with the CRM record already created
02A person reads it, changes what needs changing, presses send
steps 03 to 07 no longer
need a person

We time this workflow before we start and after it is live, and we report the difference. Nothing sends without someone approving it.

What we build / 02

Customer follow-up

Most small businesses lose more work to a slow reply than to price. We set up the chasing so it happens whether or not anyone remembers. The first reply, the booking, the reminder, and the second attempt two weeks later that nobody ever gets around to.

One real case: an enquiry arrives at 6:40 on a Friday evening.

Beforewhat usually happens
01It sits unread until Monday morning
02You call back, it goes to voicemail
03You mean to try again on Wednesday
04By then they have booked someone else
05The enquiry stays in the inbox, unanswered
and nobody is quite sure
whose job it was
Afterwhat happens instead
01A reply goes out within a minute, in your words
02They pick a time from your calendar without a phone call
03A reminder goes out the day before, so fewer people forget
04If they go quiet, they hear from you three more times over two weeks
05If they still go quiet, they join the list you call again next quarter
none of this needs anyone
to remember

You approve the wording once, and nothing goes out that does not sound like you. We count how many enquiries got a reply and how many booked, before and after.

What we build / 03

Social media, run for you

Posting is a weekly job that never finishes, so it is usually the one that slips. We take all of it: what gets made, when it goes out, and what the ads are doing. You approve, we run it.

Content made for you

Posts, photos and captions in your voice, drafted a month at a time. You see everything before it goes out.

Posted on schedule

The same days, the same times, across the accounts your customers actually use. No gaps in the weeks you get busy.

Paid ads, managed

You set the budget. We build the targeting and report what it returned, in money, once a month.

We charge a flat monthly fee. No percentage of your ad spend, and no commission from any platform.

The accounts stay yours. Your pages, your ad account, your billing. If we stop working together, nothing needs moving.

Starts the same way as everything else. Book the audit, tell us social is the priority, and the plan you get back covers content and ads.

What we add once the core is working

None of these are worth buying first. They are worth buying second.

Document and data processing

Scanned invoices, contracts and delivery notes turned into one clean table you can search and export. Worth doing when you are opening PDFs to find a number.

Internal assistant

A chatbot that answers from your documents and policies, so staff stop asking the same person the same question.

Tool selection

We help you choose and buy software. We take no commission from any vendor, and we will tell you when the answer is to cancel one.

Managed support

Monitoring, fixes and changes as your process changes. Monthly, cancellable, priced after the audit.

If you need more than one

Everything, as one engagement

Audit, workflow automation, customer follow-up, social media and the add-ons, run as a single project.

It costs less than buying the pieces separately, and the reason is boring: one discovery instead of three, one system map instead of three, one onboarding for your team instead of three. Most of the cost of a small project is the setting up. Do it once and you do not pay for it three times.

Included

The audit, credited in full against the build

Workflow automation across the processes the audit ranks first

Customer follow-up, so enquiries stop going cold

Internal assistant, if the audit says it is worth having

Social media content, posting and ads, if you want it run alongside

Managed support after handover

PRICE

Quoted after the audit

A fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts.

Questions we get asked

It will, eventually. A supplier changes a form, a tool changes its login. Everything we build alerts a named person when it stops, and falls back to the manual step rather than failing silently. Support plans cover the fix. Without one, you are paying an hourly rate, and we will tell you the estimate before we start.

No. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can use what we build. We need a few hours from whoever currently does the task, because they know how it actually works. That is the whole ask.

The audit is $449, fixed. Two 30-minute calls, and you know the price before you book. Builds are quoted as a fixed price after the audit, once we know how many processes are involved and how tidy the data is. There is usually a small monthly cost for the tools themselves, which we list separately so you can see what is ours and what is the vendor's. No hourly billing surprises.

You pay the platforms directly, out of your own ad account, so you can see every dollar that goes out. We charge a flat monthly fee for running it. We do not take a percentage of your spend, and we take no commission from any platform. The ad account and the pages stay in your name, so if we stop working together, nothing needs moving.

The audit is two 30-minute calls with a few days between them, so we have time to look properly at what you told us. Build timelines depend on how many processes are involved, and you get a date in writing when we quote. We run the new process alongside the old one before anyone relies on it, so the switch-over is not a day you have to survive.

Your data stays in your accounts, under your logins. We work under an NDA and a written data agreement from day one. Where a third-party tool is involved, we tell you which one, where it stores things, and whether it trains on your content, before you agree to use it. If something cannot be sent outside your business, we build around that.

Start with the part of the week you dread.

Book the audit. Worst case, you get a clear plan and a list of software to cancel.
